Orders are delivered by Fedex Next Day service (West Coast) or FedEx 2Day® service (East Coast).
Order times are listed below. We have set these times to coordinate with the opening of the Honolulu Fish Auction and shipping deadlines established by our carriers. East Coast Customers
West Coast CustomersOrder placed by Monday at 1 p.m. PST/10 a.m. HST will be delivered on Tuesday.
East coast orders placed on Thursday before 4 p.m. EST/10 a.m. HST can be subject to Saturday delivery rules.
West Coast orders placed on Friday before 1 p.m. PST/10 a.m. HST can be subject to Saturday delivery rules.
Saturday delivery rules: NOT ALL AREAS have an available Saturday delivery schedule. Please contact Honolulu Fish Company if you need to verify at 1-888-475-6244. Saturday deliveries are also LIMITED SERVICE DAYS. All deliveries are scheduled to arrive at 9 AM or earlier wherever you are located. If delivery is missed, the order will return to the station and be rescheduled for a MONDAY delivery. The Honolulu Fish product is still guaranteed to arrive fresh.
All Overnight and Second Day deliveries are subject to weather and natural disasters, including but not limited to severe weather, flooding, rain, snow, ice, lava, wind, tornado, tsunami and hurricane, as well as unforeseen mechanical and/or personnel malfunctions. All orders are contracted agreements and are the responsibility of the customer regardless of timely, early or delayed deliveries.
All and any discussion for insurance claim or refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis, done so in the order they are received.
Any delayed orders must be accepted first before any claim request can be issued or considered. There is no refund for refused orders.

The minimum order weight is 8 pounds. These 8 pounds can be mixed and matched in respect to specifications of product. Specifications refer to size, weight and/or total weight of pre-packaged product. Size, weight and total weight of pre-packaged product cannot be adjusted for special requests, weight requirement or need. Product will be sold as specified in whole or in its entirety. Minimum weight requirements must consist of product in its entirety. Special weighed cuts are unavailable. Only specified cuts and weights are viable options.
Ordered weight and sent weight can differ. Total and Final costs and charges will be exacted once product is cut and final weight is measured. We will always do our best to fill your order as accurately as possible, without compromising the quality or condition of product.
Replacement or Substitutions
In the case where ordered product becomes unavailable, a similar product will be sent in its place. Please make notations in the NOTE section at checkout to specify a secondary choice. We will do our best to fill the order, and we will attempt to contact you to finalize the order as soon as possible.
Initial order must be inspected within 24 hours of arrival. Should there be an issue, please contact us immediately at 1-888-475-6244 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Product issues will require a photograph for verification of the issue and to further perfect our delivery process. A replacement product can be sent, but typically we will consider a credit as a first option.
