Honolulu Fish Company was recently mentioned in an article from the Washingtonian highlighting new restaurant Ocean Blue in Sterling, Va. Chef/co-owner John Kushner, formerly of the Inn at Little Washington and Bobby Flay’s restaurants in NYC and Las Vegas is a huge fan of seafood and orders much of the fish on the menu through us.
The restaurant is designed to deliver sushi to diners’ tables by way of little floating handcrafted wooden boats that travel along a “river” through the dining room.
